Need to return or exchange an item? Not a problem!

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive store credit or a refund. As long as the item is in new condition, and neither washed or worn, with proof of purchase, we will accept the return. For any returns contact us at info@burnineights.com and we will provide further details.

Shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. Return postage will be paid by original purchaser for exchanges or returns.

Please contact us immediately if you receive incorrect or defective items so we may remedy this as soon as possible.

We suggest you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
