Q: How long are shipping times?

Q: How long before my order ships?

A: Once the order is placed, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days as long as the item is in stock. (Processing times my vary)

Q: How do pre-orders work?

A: Pre-orders allow products to be purchased during a specified time-frame. Once that time-frame expires, the items purchased during the pre-order are then produced (usually a 2 week production cycle). After production, the items are then shipped to your door via the shipping option selected at checkout. 

Q: What if I need to return an item or a refund?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
